A structured, results-driven class designed to develop lower-body strength, improve hip mobility, and enhance stability. Bootylicious builds powerful glutes and resilient hips while supporting efficient movement mechanics and long-term injury prevention.

Core ABSolution

Posture-focused core and upper-body strength training.

This class focuses on activating and strengthening the deep stabilizing muscles surrounding the spine to enhance core control, postural stability, and overall balance. Integrated shoulder mobility and back mobility exercises

Recovery Flow

Active recovery focused on breathwork and dynamic mobility.

A restorative session designed to enhance circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and accelerate recovery between training days. Recovery Flow combines controlled breathing, joint mobility, and low-intensity movement to restore balance and optimize movement quality.
