You can now enjoy a red light theraphy in Dancest Studio! We have created a room for personal use (one person at time) to support the body and mind.

You can book the room for 30 minutes (15 €) or 60 minutes (25 €).

In that room you can either enjoy just a red light advanced device from Innolux - a Finnish manufacturer with highest quality - or combine different other devices to take full hour for yourself. Room includes: 

✨ walking gym mat (great for warmup and can be used same time with red light device)
✨ Kangoo Power rebound shoes - great workout tools that reduce the impact for joints up to 80%, while giving high calorie burn & cardio boost and stimulating lymphatic flow.
✨ Guided short videoclasses to enjoy together with red light theraphy: Easy Stretches, Active Recovery, Warm-Up, Cool Down & other 20 minutes videos to follow while red light devide does its magic.
✨ Foam roller, massage gun or guided meditations to enjoy in red light.

Red and near-infrared light need to penetrate the skin to reach muscles and tissues. Bare skin allows the strongest dose and clothing blocks light. Therefore  we suggest to use the device with bikinis or other short clothing and created that space for private use only.
