Intensive starts with nice deep warmup to prepare your body and improve movement ranges, we move on with various techniques drills to improve movement quality, balance, hairwork and turns, we gain some nice tips how to improve in floorwork and eventually learn a nice choreo that we film up with lights & camera! ✨🎥 short snack breaks included to fuel our bodies.
