HEELS INTENSIVES CONCEPT
4-hour intensives include proper warmup, preparatory excercises specialized for Heels, technical training and choreography! Additionally some intensives have theory/mental excercises to support your dancer goals both physically and mentally 

11.1 Saturday, 12.00-16.00 MANIFESTING HEELS 
- personal goalsetting, heels theory, main techniques, training structure for strenght and flexibility needed for heels style, trending Heels choreography for intermediate-advanced level (prefer pumps not stilettos, if possible)

8.2 Saturday, 12.00-16.00 SENSUAL HEELS 
- turns and spins techniques, gracefulness excercises, strenght and flexibility training, floorwork techniques and Sensual Heels choreography for intermediate level

15.3 Saturday, 12.00-16.00 EMPOWERING HEELS 
- inner work tasks to build confidence and techniques to add attitude elements, hairflips techniques, commercial dance foundations, Commercial/Performance Heels choreography for open level

19.4 Saturday, 12.00-16.00 REGGAETON & LATIN HEELS
- latin ballroom basic techniques, reggaeton foundations, isolations, perreo & booty shaking excercises, Reggaeton Heels choreography for intermediate-advanced level

10.5 Saturday, 12.00-16.00 ACRO & FLOORWORK HEELS 
- strenght and flexibility, splits & bridges, floorwork & acro heels techniques, Acro & Floorwork Heels choreography for intermediate-advanced level, kneepads, long clothes
